The Jacksonville Beach PTA is off and running for the 2009-2010 school year! We are excited about the family-friendly fundraisers and events we have planned for this year. In addition, we have numerous enrichment programs and family hospitality events scheduled for students and their families.

Thank you for volunteering at Jacksonville Beach Elementary. While on school grounds, please adhere to the Parent Volunteers/Visiting Policies. These policies are to ensure student and staff safety and for effective use of classroom time.
JBE FAMILY PICNIC
The annual Jax Beach Elementary School Family Picnic was a huge success on Sunday! A fun time was had by all.
We really appreciate all of the Volunteers who helped make it great and accomplish the "boardwalk" theme.

Spring is HERE! JBE PTA wants to get the word out. We need parents to join the PTA 2010-2011 Board! A strong, volunteer group is forever adding new faces, and shifting existing people into new positions. PTA would like you to become a part of making JBE the amazing school it is. Please consider accepting a committee chair position, or "shadowing" an existing PTA chair. Get a friend and "co-chair" something together! Below is just a few of the positions available. Many others need helpers to make them a success.
Positions available: Outside Beautification, Bingo Night, Muffins with Mom, Yearbook, Cookie Dough Fundraiser, Donations coordinator, Business Partners, Community Outreach, Health & Safety, Holiday Shop, Historian (scrap booking), School Shirt Coordinator.

Join our "Pouch Brigade"!! By collecting our used drink pouches, we can help the environment and make money for our school.
After you finish your drink pouch at lunch, simply remove the straw and throw it into designated trash can in the Cafeteria. It is that EASY!! You can even bring in your collected pouches from home and drop them off in the morning on your way to class!! For every pouch we collect....we earn $0.02...and that can add up to lots of money for our school. Look for the big black trash can in the cafeteria that is marked "RECYCLE YOUR POUCHES HERE!"
